In our work with elders we have seen firsthand the problems
encountered by emergency personnel when
vital information is not
readily available. This prompted us to design an emergency
information card listing important information such as physicians'
names and medications. The bright yellow card can be filled out and
attached to the refrigerator so it can be easily spotted in an
